Mr. Phillip Jason Roque, Officer-in-Charge of the National Quality and Competitiveness Division (NQCD), further stimulated the attendees’ drive for competitiveness by discussing the PQA Criteria and facilitating a workshop using a PQA Self-Assessment Toolkit.
