Those who have attended the PQC Applicants Training and Operationalized in the Philippines for the last 3 years. Other details is indicated in the PQC Eligibility Application Form.
HOW TO APPLY?
- Download and accomplish the PQC Eligibility Application Form (deadline of submission is until the last week of October)
- Download and accomplish the PQC Company Profile and Assessment Form (deadline of submission is until the 4th week of November)
Forms should be submitted to the PQC Program implementing agency, Competitiveness Bureau (CB). You may email the forms to pqc.org.ph@gmail.com or send to 3rd Floor Tara Building, 389 Senator Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City address to the Executive Director c/o the PQC Secretariat.
Upon receipt of the application form, CB will review the eligibility of your company and inform you within the next 5 working days.
