Hotel and Spa Essentials, Inc. was set up in 2004 originally to sell aromatherapy products such as essential oils and massage oils. The company had seen an opportunity to sell such products when it’s sister company, Nurture Spa Village, had struggled to find good quality massage oils. To make the massage oils, the company purchased (and continue to purchase) the raw materials from Australia and then blend, bottle and label the products in Manila at a 3rd party (Siegranz Chemworks).

Linkage to Excellence Alternative for Non-core (LEAN) Processes, Inc. is known to the cosmetics industry as a Toll Manufacturer and Toll Packer for personal and health care products. Its main thrust is to make an impact as an excellent alternative for non-core processes of major and minor players in the cosmetics industry. LEAN Processes, Inc. was formed as a corporation in January 4, 2004.

Tri-Phil International, Inc. is an affiliate of TRION Corporation based in Osaka, Japan, founded by Mr. Akio Aoki in 1968. Trion started the business as manufacturer and exporter of baseball gloves to Rawlings Sporting Goods, a 125 year-old company and the leading brand in the US for baseball. The gloves were made in its Japan factory but shifted its manufacturing operation to overseas facilities starting 1974.
