The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak is being felt by businesses across the world.  As many parts of the country have already shifted to Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) and General Community Quarantine (GCQ), organizations must be ready to adjust to the changing landscape brought about by the COVID pandemic.

As the Implementing Agency of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Program, we believe that the PQA provides a useful framework to guide organizations in navigating the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 crisis. As part of our efforts to promote the PQA Program in a safe manner, we are organizing a series of online orientations entitled: “PQA IS LIVE NOW”: A Digital Walkthrough on Performance Excellence in the New Normal.

Through series of webinars thru Facebook Live, we hope to achieve three main goals. First, introduce PQA Framework, assessment process, and requirements to organizations. Second, learn from Senior PQA Assessors how the PQA Framework can be used to tackle the challenges brought about by COVID-19. Third, gain insight as to how PQA recipient organizations mitigate the adverse effect of the pandemic through adoption of PQA Framework.
