Last 15 September 2022, the Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 22-12, series of 2022, which covers the Regionalization of the Implementation of the Philippine Quality Award Program was signed by Secretary Alfredo E. Pascual. The PQA Regionalization Program was launched during the PQA 25th Anniversary Celebration at PICC, Pasay and was published on 21 November 2022 at Business Mirror and on 5 December 2022 at at the Official Gazette through the National Printing Office.
