PQC Calibration Workshop

Objectives

The PQC Calibration Workshop addresses the competency requirements of the PQC Assessors that will serve for the PQC Assessment. Particularly, the course aims to ensure that the PQC Assessors are knowledgeable with the PQC Criteria and scoring perspective, the assessment process, and the ability to work as a team during the consensus review. 

Project Description

It is designed for those who have already been trained as PQAAssessors with extensive experience in the assessment process. Since these assessors are calibrated and aligned with the scoring perspective of the PQA, it is necessary to realign their scoring viewpoint so they can better assess the organizations participating in the PQC. 

  • Resource speakers for the training shall serve as instructor and responsible for identifying and presenting all the significant content  areas of the PQC Assessors Calibration.
  • This training will be conducted two (2) days.
  • It consists of lectures and workshops.

Target Participant

Assessors trained on the PQA criteria from known Philippine businesses, public sector, other non-profit groups and some came from the ranks of the retired. They voluntarily render services for the program by evaluating the PQC applicants’ application report and provide feedback report to the applicant. , and scoring guidelines.
