Inviting everyone to attend the Learning Sessions with the theme: “Attaining Performance Excellence through Enhancing Leadership Skills in the 21st Century” on February 23, 2017 | 9am – 3pm at The Oriental Hotel, Legaspi City.

The learning session is an excellent opportunity to learn the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Program. As a brief background, the PQA is the highest recognition that a Philippine organization can achieve in terms of overall organizational performance excellence. It is based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and patterned after the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of the United States.

Another program to be introduced is the Philippine Quality Challenge (PQC) program, it is patterned and a simplified version of the PQA Criteria. The PQC is a self-assessment, consultancy service and recognition program aimed at encouraging various organizations in the country, especially small, medium enterprises (SMEs), Local Government Units (LGUs) and other organizations embarking on their journey to pursue organizational improvement and performance excellence.

In this event, we shall feature a PQA Recipient who will discuss the following topics:
